From the Azro Press guidelines:

Azro Press is primarily interested in picture books and illustrated easy reader books for young children. At the moment, we are focusing on books written and illustrated by residents of the Southwest. These books are not necessarily about the Southwest, but it helps. We only accept manuscripts that have already been illustrated, either by the author or a friend or by a professional illustrator. Send copies only. If you are submitting a picture book, please send a COPY of the entire manuscript. If your book is longer than 40 pages, please submit a synopsis and a sample illustration. Please include any ideas you may have for marketing your book. Is it directed at a particular type of child? Does it fill a particular niche? What is the age group?
